Sessions and services are offered on a pay-as-you-go basis with no obligation, or via one of the commitment tiers or instalment plans described on our Payment Options page. The 12-Week Group Revision Programme and EHCP Advocacy packages can be paid in full, or split into instalments as described on the Payment Options page. Choosing an instalment plan means the full programme or package fee is owed in full, on the agreed schedule, regardless of how many sessions are attended or how quickly an Advocacy case resolves. The instalment schedule is fixed at the outset and does not change based on case duration.
Action item: the exact wording confirming a customer's waiver of the 14-day right (and the statutory cancellation form itself) needs a solicitor's precise drafting — getting this wrong could leave Futurum with less protection than having no such clause at all.

In summary: a £15 account credit is applied to the referring family's account once the referred family has completed 4 consecutive weeks of paid sessions; the referred family receives 10% off their first month. Referral credits have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn as cash, and cannot be used to pay off any overdue balance. Referral discounts cannot be combined with bursary places.
Bursary places are awarded based on the evidence and criteria set out on our Bursary Places page, reviewed at four points a year, and re-evidenced annually to be retained. Bursary decisions are made at Futurum's discretion and are not guaranteed; a bursary place may be withdrawn if requested evidence is not provided when asked. Bursary discounts apply to standard tutoring rates only, and are not combinable with referral discounts or commitment-tier discounts.
Futurum holds an enhanced DBS check and follows the principles of Keeping Children Safe in Education (KCSIE) in how we approach safeguarding. If a genuine safeguarding concern arises, we will escalate it to the relevant authority (for example, a local authority MASH team, or the police) as appropriate, and may need to share relevant information without your consent where a child or individual is genuinely at risk. Safeguarding always takes priority over confidentiality where a genuine risk of harm exists. Any concern of any kind can be raised via our Complaints Procedure.

Futurum Education holds public liability insurance (£1,000,000 cover) and professional indemnity insurance (£50,000 cover) for tutoring and education services. Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
